IMUKA is a Bamasaaba ethnic cultural group with charitable aims and is committed to advancing unity among its people through networking and socio-integration for the recognition, preservation and advancement of both the Bamasaaba culture and language.

IMUKA is a UK registered company in its own right and upholds a governing constitution for its memberships. This Constitution is undergoing review to bring it in line with members' aspirations and interests.

Our UK Banmasaaba are connected through a Community Leaders Forum, which brings together leaders of various Ugandan Communities who live in the United Kingdom, to brainstorm and share ideas of common interest. There is now annnual Ugandan Diaspora day born out of this, to meet and celebrate every year in October.
